Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover as a form of payment for orders placed online. Checks are not accepted for online orders.
Shipping And Handling All orders are shipped the best way, as determined by the Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan. The minimum shipping and handling fee is $5.95. Please note UPS does not ship to PO boxes. If item(s) are in stock, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Items ordered together may not be shipped together. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays and scheduled closed dates of the GSHOM.

Returns Policy A dated receipt within 30 days is required on all returns. A credit will be applied to your Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Returns without a receipt will be charged a restocking fee of 25% and given a store credit.

Refunds, store credits, and exchanges will not be given on discontinued merchandise.

All items for return or exchange must have original tags attached and in original packaging. All returned merchandise must be unused, clean and in resaleable condition.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please contact us for return procedures.
